Their younger daughter, Mason (3), is an active and curious preschooler. Playful and engaging with children, yet able to provide structure and guidance. Strong organizational skills and proactive approach to both childcare and light household duties. Calm under pressure, reliable, and able to adapt to changing schedules or special requests. Someone who views nannying as a long-term career and would love to grow with the family.
