Now Hiring: Interim Controller – Accounting Professional Location: Londonderry, NH Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM Duration: 6 Month Full-Time Contract ️ What You’ll Do: As an Interim Controller – Accounting Professional your responsibilities will include: Responsible for maintaining accounts and records in This role is Responsible for maintaining the financial controls as well as accounting books and records in various general and/or cost accounting functions. The accounting systems included are: Cost Point, SAP, Ariba, (any others?) Prepares income and balance sheet, profit and loss, consolidated and other accounting statements. Reviews and interprets financial reporting requirements, rules and regulations. Responsible for the adherence to and communication of accounting and policies and procedures. Subject matter expert with comprehensive knowledge of job area and in-depth knowledge of project management. Manages large, complex project initiatives of substantial importance to the organization with minimal oversight or direction. Communicates within and outside of the organization to explain and influence changes to practices, processes and approaches. Familiarity with managing internal and external audits and addressing/supporting Corrective Actions Focus on working collaboratively on multiple Operational matters. Focus on Inventory & Cycle Counts. ✅ What We’re Looking For: Review Journal Entries Month End Close Procedure and Results Disclosure reporting (Webforms) Quarter End reporting Balance Sheet and P&L flux review EAC Change in Estimate review Rep Letter process Review Manual Journal Entries Account reconciliations Understanding of AR and AR aging/cash collection Oversight to inventory year end physical counts – as noted above area of focus Understanding of AP and AP aging/impact to supplier and potential holds Etc. Misc support to various government issues/concerns SOX support/SOX oversite/ work with ICFR team regarding the control environment. Review of Contract Review Worksheets/mod worksheets for revenue purposes Prepare Completion and sign-off for yearend close processes Understanding overhead rates and rate impacts Understanding of sales and use tax for Corp submissions 8-10 years of experience required Previous personnel management experience Previous Controller experience Pay Range : $90.00 - $103.06 per hour. *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
