Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Medical Lab Scientist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 10/26/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel 290710 Lead Medical Laboratory Scientist Job Summary: Lead Medical Laboratory Scientist are responsible for the oversight of assigned laboratory sections performing specimen processing, test performance and reporting test results in compliance with regulatory requirements, policy and procedures and the TCRHCC goal of quality patient care. The position is located in a laboratory that provides sub-specialties of service in a hospital setting; chemistry, haematology, coagulation, urinalysis, phlebotomy, blood bank, microbiology, and clinical microscopy REQUIREMENTS: Experience: Three (3) years of experience as generalist in each specialty of clinical, high complexity testing in a clinical laboratory Education: A Bachelor’s degree in laboratory, biological, chemical or physical science, Healthcare or Healthcare Management related field.
