About the Role
Overview
We’re seeking a talented In-House Recruiter to join our client's leadership team and build a pipeline of management-level talent across 30 locations in the SE USA. This newly created position is based in West Atlanta, GA and works directly with the President to hire for high-impact management roles, including General Managers, Service Managers, and Parts Managers. The recruiter will manage 5–10 active searches at a time, with the immediate priority being leadership hiring in Georgia. Over the next 12–24 months, the role may expand to include onboarding, training, and employee development, offering significant growth potential.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with the President and leadership team to define and fill management-level roles.
- Build strong pipelines of talent in Georgia, with additional focus on South Carolina and Florida.
- Manage 5–10 concurrent requisitions with full-cycle recruiting responsibility.
- Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and competitor mapping.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience and alignment with company culture.

- Proven experience recruiting mid- to senior-level management roles.
- Strong sourcing skills and ability to find “hard-to-reach” candidates.
- Able to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on recruiter who thrives in an in-person, leadership-driven culture.
Compensation
- Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives.
- Roles you’ll be recruiting for range from $65K to $200K in compensation.
- Total earnings potential in six figures for high-performing recruiters.
