Overview HR Generalist; Direct Hire. Onsite in Newport Beach, CA. Salary: $90-95k. This role supports a broad range of HR services including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and talent management. The successful candidate is self-motivated, hands-on, and customer-service oriented. Responsibilities Collaborates with site leadership and management to support the organization’s goals and strategy related to all human capital initiatives. Provide support and guidance for employee relations and career development. Supports, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support HR, compliance, and strategy needs. Administers HR programs including compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, investigations, performance and talent management, productivity, recognition, morale, training and development. Supports staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices for hiring and talent management. Conducts research and analysis of organizational trends using HRIS data and reports. Supports compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations; reviews and updates policies to maintain compliance. Maintains knowledge of HR trends, regulatory changes, and new technologies in HR and employment law. Performs other duties as required. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree 5+ years of HR experience at an experienced generalist level Knowledge of California employment law Some exposure to employee relations Experience in either manufacturing or tech industries Experience with onboarding and terminations Preferred Semiconductor/manufacturing industry experience Multi-location support experience Strong communicator and independent worker Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree At least 5 years post-graduate HR experience Manufacturing or semiconductor experience preferred Location: Onsite – Newport Beach, CA #J-18808-Ljbffr
