Overview

HR Generalist; Direct Hire. Onsite in Newport Beach, CA. Salary: $90-95k. This role supports a broad range of HR services including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and talent management. The successful candidate is self-motivated, hands-on, and customer-service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with site leadership and management to support the organization’s goals and strategy related to all human capital initiatives.
• Provide support and guidance for employee relations and career development.
• Supports, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support HR, compliance, and strategy needs.
• Administers HR programs including compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, investigations, performance and talent management, productivity, recognition, morale, training and development.
• Supports staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices for hiring and talent management.
• Conducts research and analysis of organizational trends using HRIS data and reports.
• Supports compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations; reviews and updates policies to maintain compliance.
• Maintains knowledge of HR trends, regulatory changes, and new technologies in HR and employment law.
• Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years of HR experience at an experienced generalist level
• Knowledge of California employment law
• Some exposure to employee relations
• Experience in either manufacturing or tech industries
• Experience with onboarding and terminations

Preferred

• Semiconductor/manufacturing industry experience
• Multi-location support experience
• Strong communicator and independent worker

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 5 years post-graduate HR experience
• Manufacturing or semiconductor experience preferred
