Mulberry is partnering with a client we have worked with for many years to identify an Executive Assistant. This is an exciting and impactful role where you will be a right hand to the CEO and their executive team. You’ll juggle complex calendars, support executive strategy, coordinate company-wide events, and ensure leaders are prepared for what is next. The ideal candidate brings clarity, is sharp, organized, and able to anticipate needs.
A day in the life
Executive Support
- Provide high-level executive support, including complex calendar management for the CEO and officer team – balancing competing priorities, scheduling across time zones and proactively resolving conflicts to ensure time is optimized for maximum strategic impact.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, and logistics.
- Prepare and organize meeting materials, presentations, and briefing documents.
- Support other officers as needed to ensure seamless executive coordination.
Communication & Relationship Management
- Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Serve as liaison with internal leaders, Board members, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure executives are fully prepared for meetings with agendas, talking points, and follow-up tracking.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest discretion.
Event & Calendar Planning
- Lead planning and execution of executive-facing and company-wide events, including Board meetings, leadership offsites, and annual corporate functions.
- Develop and maintain the corporate master calendar of company events, ensuring visibility, alignment and communication across the organization.
- Partner with HR Director to ensure events reflect culture and strategic goals.
Project & Operational Support
- Track executive priorities, follow-up items, and project deadlines to ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO or Executive team.
- Collaborate with HR Director and Office Manager on operational matters impacting executive meetings and corporate events, staying informed on office processes without assuming direct oversight.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives (CEO, President or C-suite preferred).
- Demonstrated expertise in high-level calendar management and scheduling across multiple executives.
- Strong business judgment, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive matters.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills – able to engage with executives, employees and external partners with confidence and tact.
Compensation and Benefits
