Workplace Experience Coordinator - Atlanta, GA

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States

What You’ll Do

  • First point of contact for all those entering the facility. Greet them with a friendly and welcoming demeanor. Issue visitor and parking passes and follow security protocols.
  • Answer the telephone professionally. Create presentations and speak to various-sized groups.
  • Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of the requestor.
  • Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders as needed. Coordinate and execute workplace services including mail, office supply services, and onboarding.
  • Acknowledge inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers. Provide solutions in a professional customer service-driven manner.
  • Organize and manage on-site events, including securing event space, setup and teardown, and delivery of supplies.
  • Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures. Notify appropriate parties to ensure safety.
  • Coordinate with vendors who supply services or goods to the workplace.
  • Explain detailed or complicated information within the team. Follow directions as given by the manager.
  • Impact through clearly defined duties and procedures; solve straightforward problems with existing processes and limited discretion.

What You’ll Need

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • HS Diploma or GED or Equivalent Experience Required.
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of front desk, concierge, customer service, or other hospitality experience.
  • Open and flexible work schedules.
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions and memos; able to ask clarifying questions. Willingness to present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.
  • Comfortable meeting and engaging with new people with a warm demeanor; ability to assess circumstances, empathize, and offer help.
  • High attention to detail with strong verbal and written skills.
  • Ability to work with significant walking or mobility; ability to stand for extended periods, reach, bend, stoop, push/pull, and frequently lift up to 40 lbs.
