Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a professional to assist with coordinating workflows and ensuring timely delivery of products and services.

The responsibilities are:

Supervision and Coordination

• Supervising production team(s), managing resources and ensuring that all team members are working effectively and efficiently towards production goals.
• Identifying and addressing operational issues, troubleshooting problems and implementing solutions to minimize delays and maintain productivity.
• Maintaining clear communication channels within the production team and with other departments
• Provide hourly reports on production progress and performance to the Production Manager.
• Completing and verifying documents.

Quality Control

• Monitoring production processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards
• Implementing correct actions when needed

Safety and Procedure

• Ensuring that all production activities adhere to safety regulations and company policies

Training and Development

• Assisting in the training and development of production staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively

• Assist with other tasks as needed
