Customer Service: Inbound/outbound calls; assisting customers with pick-up orders

A customer service representative (CSR) assists customers with questions, issues, and complaints regarding a company's products or services, acting as the public face of the company . Key responsibilities include resolving problems, providing product information, processing orders and returns, and maintaining customer satisfaction through effective communication and a strong understanding of the company's offerings. This role requires strong communication, active listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills.

Core Responsibilities

  • Customer Assistance: Answering inquiries and providing information about products, services, and company policies.

  • Problem Resolution: Helping customers resolve complaints, troubleshoot issues, and handle returns.

  • Communication: Interacting with customers via phone, email, or live chat to provide support and ensure a positive experience.

  • Order & Account Management: Taking orders, processing payments, and making necessary changes to customer accounts.

  • Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate customer records and tracking relevant customer interactions.

  • Product Knowledge: Possessing and continuously updating expert knowledge of the company's offerings.

  • Communication Skills: Clearly conveying information and actively listening to customer needs.

  • Problem-Solving: Identifying issues and finding effective solutions for customers.

  • Empathy: Understanding and sharing the customer's feelings and perspectives to build trust.

  • Patience: Remaining calm and composed when dealing with demanding or upset customers.

  • Adaptability: Adjusting to new situations, products, and customer needs.

  • Product Knowledge: A deep understanding of the products and services offered.

Schedule : Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm

Payrate: $17 an hour

Pay Details: $17.00 per week
