What You’ll Be Brewing
In the role of Enterprise Security Specialist - ISC, you will be a key member of the global Information Technology team, reporting directly to the IT Security Manager. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining identity governance solutions across the Molson Coors enterprise using SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, while integrating with platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), Okta, AWS, and SAP. You will work closely with internal IT teams, managed service providers, and HRIS, while collaborating with product solution owners across commercial, supply chain, and enabling functions to enhance identity and access governance processes.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience leading identity lifecycle management, access certifications, role-based access control, and cloud infrastructure integration. You will play a key role in enhancing our security posture and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud solutions for identity governance and administration.
- Maintain and support integrations of SailPoint with Microsoft Entra ID, AWS IAM, SAP, Salesforce and other systems to support automated provisioning, de-provisioning, and access certifications.
- Develop and maintain connectors, workflows, and policies within SailPoint.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement IAM solutions aligned with business needs.
- Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve identity-related issues across integrated platforms.
- Support role mining, role engineering, and access certification campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
- Participate in audits and provide documentation and evidence as needed.
- Stay current with IAM trends, technologies, and best practices.
Key Ingredients (Qualifications)
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field—or have equivalent experience.
- You bring at least 5 years of experience in Identity & Access Management, including a minimum of 2 years working with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.
- You have hands-on experience integrating SailPoint with Microsoft Entra ID, AWS IAM, and SAP.
- You understand identity lifecycle management, role-based access control (RBAC), segregation of duties (SOD), and access governance.
- You are proficient in scripting languages such as PowerShell and Python.
- You’re familiar with REST APIs and integration frameworks.
- You hold a SailPoint certification (e.g., IdentityNow Certified Implementation Engineer) - preferred.
- You have experience with other IAM tools like Okta and Delinea – preferred.
- You possess knowledge of cloud security principles and architecture - preferred.
- You have excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Posting salary range: $107000.00 - $140400.00 per year, plus 15% target short-term incentive, and $23,000 average in benefits per employee, including health, dental, vision, retirement with employer match, wellness incentives and EAP plus paid time off.
