Molson Coors is seeking an Enterprise Security Specialist - ISC to join our global Information Technology team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience leading identity lifecycle management, access certifications, role-based access control, and cloud infrastructure integration.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining identity governance solutions across the Molson Coors enterprise using SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, while integrating with platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, AWS, and SAP.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud solutions for identity governance and administration.
• Maintain and support integrations of SailPoint with Microsoft Entra ID, AWS IAM, SAP, Salesforce and other systems to support automated provisioning, de-provisioning, and access certifications.
• Develop and maintain connectors, workflows, and policies within SailPoint.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement IAM solutions aligned with business needs.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve identity-related issues across integrated platforms.
• Support role mining, role engineering, and access certification campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in Identity & Access Management, including a minimum of 2 years working with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.
• Hands-on experience integrating SailPoint with Microsoft Entra ID, AWS IAM, and SAP.
• Understanding of identity lifecycle management, role-based access control (RBAC), segregation of duties (SOD), and access governance.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as PowerShell and Python.

• Competitive salary range: $107,000 - $140,400.
• 15% target short-term incentive.
