Job Description

Join Our Team at Puyallup Heating & Air Conditioning! We’re seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse/Inventory Associate to help keep homes and businesses comfortable year-round by providing accurate inventory control and timely support to field crews.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organized inventory and process shipments.
• Support field crews with the right tools and equipment.
• Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Position Details

• Position: Warehouse/Inventory Associate
• Location: Puyallup, WA
• Pay: $23 - $35 /hr (DOE)
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with OT as needed
• Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401K with up to 4% employer match, paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave
• Employment Type: Full-time

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse work experience is required.
• Experience with ServiceTitan Inventory Specialist tools/software.
• Shipping and receiving experience.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
• Ability to lift/move up to 100 lbs and work in moderate to heavy conditions.
• Self-starter who can work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license with insurability under company policy.
