Overview

Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time Human Resource Partner (HRP) to join our collaborative, multi-disciplinary team in Western, NC.

What You’ll Do

As the HR Partner (HRP), your focus will be on day-to-day employee relations activities and the administration of HR policies and procedures for your assigned areas. You will serve as the primary HR contact for front-line leaders and employees, answering questions, providing coaching, and offering ongoing guidance for employee relations issues and investigations. The HRP also serves as a strategic partner to senior leaders to support organizational strategies and to design and execute HR programs and operations across the employee life-cycle.

Travel: This position has intermittent travel within the assigned service area as needed in Western NC and Virginia.

What We’re Looking For

To join our team as the HRBP, you should have in-depth knowledge of employee relations and compliance, a collaborative mindset across departments, and the ability to track, monitor, and follow up on ongoing performance issues toward resolution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education.
  • Valid state driver’s license and auto insurance for work-related travel
