We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Medicaid/Medicare and NCDHHS projects. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements to support healthcare-related initiatives.

Salary: $65,000

Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week

Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of experience working with NCDHHS, Medicaid, or Medicare projects in North Carolina.
• Strong ability to write and interpret business requirements.
• Solid understanding of healthcare program policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Must reside in North Carolina.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• College degree preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
