Akkodis group is hiring: Business Analyst in California

Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a contract with a client in San Francisco, CA. Candidates must have strong analytical and product management skills to translate complex business needs into clear technical and operational requirements.

Rate Range: $41/hour to 56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Responsibilities

• Gather and manage business requirements using techniques such as interviews, workshops, use cases, and workflow analysis.
• Analyze and interpret information from multiple sources, reconciling conflicts and translating high-level business needs into detailed functional requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to define application and operational requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Develop requirement specifications using standard templates and natural language, and deliver use cases, GUI designs, and interface documentation.
• Serve as a liaison between business units and development teams, facilitating clear communication and smooth project execution.
• Support the full project lifecycle, including concept definition, documentation, and delivery of work products, while applying strong analytical and product management skills.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• 6–8 years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements using tools like use cases, flowcharts, and activity diagrams.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively liaise between business units, technology teams, and external stakeholders.

Pay Details: $41.00 to $56.00 per hour
