Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
- Basic math and computer skills (email, tablets, reporting apps)
- 1+ year of cleaning experience preferred (carpet, tile, ducts, etc.)
- IICRC Certifications (CCT, WRT, etc.) are a big plus, but not required
What You'll Do
- Perform carpet, floor, and restoration cleaning services
- Communicate clearly with customers
- Use and maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles
- Track work progress with mobile reporting tools
- Keep work truck organized and stocked
- Complete daily logs, job forms, and authorizations
- Learn and grow your skills with ongoing training
