Job Opening: IT Helpdesk Support Specialist
Full-Time | On-Site | Indianapolis, IN
Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory School is seeking a skilled and service-oriented Tier 1 IT Helpdesk Support Specialist to be the friendly face of our technology team. You will support faculty, staff, and students by resolving hardware and software issues, setting up devices and accounts, and ensuring our systems run smoothly. If you're a problem-solver with strong communication skills and a heart for service, we want to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for tech support across campus
- Troubleshoot issues with computers, printers, software, and connectivity
- Set up new accounts and devices for employees and classrooms
- Maintain helpdesk tickets and document resolutions
- Assist with system upgrades, installations, and AV equipment
- Contribute to ensuring the stable and efficient operation of our tech systems
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Tier 1 helpdesk experience
- Familiarity with Windows, MacOS, Chromebooks, Office 365, Google Workspace
- Basic networking knowledge (Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A collaborative spirit and attention to detail
- CompTIA A+ certification is a plus
