TechDigital Group is hiring: IT Desktop Technician Support in Hebron Estates

Full Time - Second Shift 2 pm - 10:30 pm M-F

Responsibilities

• Provide Deskside Support including general computer hardware and software troubleshooting
• Request, enable and setup accounts and access for new users
• Install standard image for new and re-image systems
• Configure (hardware, software) client computers prior to installation
• Maintain and troubleshooting local Zebra and Client printers and handheld scanners
• Support warehouse application and hardware systems including aPick to Light and Print and Apply System (training will be provided, interest in learning is necessary.)
• Receive and organize asset inventory
• Deliver/Install Assets
• Terminate, dispose of, relocate assets as needed
• Provide IMAC (Install/Move/Add/Change) services for all desktops, laptops, and other related devices
• Provide technical assistance during install/conversion as requested for in-house and remote users
• Manage IT Ticket Queue of requests to meet the SLA requirement
• Coordinate with next Level support for any open issues
• Willing to work different shifts as needed
• Tier 1 support for Network/LAN/Telephony

Qualifications

• 2+ years desk side support experience preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with customers
• A+ Certification preferred
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident required
• Onsite Support, not remote
