The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $93,750 - $137,500 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills. We offer: This position will be part of the Robotic Systems Development (RSD) team within the Central Technology Office (CTO). CTO plays a key role in our organizational structure by bringing together technical expertise and innovation across the KION Group and its Operating Units. RSD explores cutting-edge robotic technologies and provides comprehensive solutions, services, and lifecycle support. Our teams aim to turn the CTO's vision into reality, empowering our Operating Units to deliver revolutionary solutions to our customers. The RSD Mobile Robots Project Management department seeks a qualified candidate as a Technical Project Manager. As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead the RSD project team through the KION product creation process, iPEP, to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery of a Mobile Robot and/or Module according to the RSD Development Roadmap. You will serve as a key liaison between the RSD organization and stakeholders within the greater KION CTO. This position is based in Holland, MI, USA. It is a hybrid role requiring three days in-office and two days remote work. Core Responsibilities: Lead the RSD Project Team as a Project Lead Automation (PLA) for a Mobile Robot development project and/or as a Project Lead Module (PLM) for a Module development project. Coordinate and facilitate weekly/bi-weekly project meetings to define, develop, and monitor automation product functionality and supporting processes. Create and maintain project timelines and costs using tools like GPS and MS Project/Planisware. Track and resolve project risks and change requests, escalating issues when necessary. Report project status to RSD Management regularly. Act as a liaison between RSD and CTO development teams and stakeholders: Participate in and possibly lead regular iPEP team meetings, representing the RSD development team. Support the preparation of monthly steering committee presentations. Communicate with and execute development content with relevant stakeholders such as Product Management, Operations, Procurement, and Quality. Additional Responsibilities: Collaborate with other project managers to promote excellence in project management within RSD and the broader CTO organization. This includes creating standard work, governance, and processes. Provide backup support for other project management activities within the team during absences. Tasks and Qualifications: Required Qualifications: B.S./B.A. in Engineering, Business, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in project management or leadership roles. Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project. Strong communication, time management, and team leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications: MBA in a relevant field. Experience in technical project management within a development organization. Familiarity with Jira, AzureDevops, and automation products like AGVs and AMRs. Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel internationally up to 50% during peak project phases. Physical Requirements: Comfortable working in development, testing, and manufacturing environments with PPE as required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
