A Child’s Place at Unity House in Troy, NY is looking for passionate and caring Physical Therapists to join our supportive, multidisciplinary team. Work in a meaningful role providing both in-home and school-based services to children ages birth to 5 years old.
Whether you're an experienced PT or a recent graduate ready to begin your career in pediatrics, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver physical therapy services to children ages birth–5 years
Participate in evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Apply current evidence-based pediatric PT practices
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and caregivers to support developmental goals
Submit documentation, reports, and billing accurately and on time
Ensure services are delivered in a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy and Pediatric internship or pediatric therapy experience strongly preferred
Three to five years physical therapy experience preferred. At least two of these years pediatric experience preferred
NYS certification (Required)
New graduates will be considered
Reliable transportation and valid NYS driver’s license
Strong computer, communication, and problem-solving skills
