About the Role:

As an HVAC Warehouse Associate, you’ll play a vital support role, handling inventory, pulling materials for jobs, receiving deliveries, and maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse. You’ll work closely with the warehouse manager and project managers to ensure materials flow smoothly to job sites and back.

This is a hands-on role perfect for someone detail-oriented, self-motivated, and ready to be part of a hardworking team.



What You Bring:

Previous warehouse or material handling experience (HVAC or construction industry a plus)

Basic computer and inventory software skills

Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and operate forklifts (certification a plus)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Dependable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Must pass

Key Responsibilities:

Pull and stage HVAC materials and equipment for installation crews

Receive and inspect deliveries, verifying accuracy and condition

Maintain organized inventory, labeling and shelving supplies

Track and report material usage and jobsite returns

Assist with equipment loading, unloading, and jobsite delivery

Keep warehouse clean, safe, and compliant with company standards

Support occasional after-hours or weekend duties during peak seasons

Help with minor tool repairs and inventory audits as needed
