We offer paid training to all new hires. Job Summary: As an Employee Shuttle Agent, you will be responsible for safely transporting airport passengers to and from parking facilities. Your role will include assisting customers with their luggage and addressing any questions they may have while ensuring the proper maintenance and cleanliness of the assigned shuttle bus. Job Duties: Conduct pre-trip inspections of the shuttle and complete all necessary reports. Provide excellent customer service and assist passengers with luggage and inquiries. Assist passengers with special needs. Maintain clear communication with dispatchers for efficient fleet operations. Keep the shuttle bus clean and organized. Adhere strictly to all safety procedures and policies. Perform other duties related to the position as assigned. Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be able to meet all required airport or state credentialing standards. Possess a valid Commercial Driver's License (Class A/B). Physical requirements include the ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs, push, pull, walk, stand, reach, and bend as needed. Working Conditions: Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as well as overtime. Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
