hands-on, detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist
to join our production team. This is a
floor-based role
working directly with materials, production, and warehouse staff—not an office-only position.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate inventory levels by physically checking, counting, and moving materials on the production floor and in the warehouse.
Perform regular cycle counts and full physical inventories.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies by working directly with production and shipping/receiving teams.
Track inventory transactions in ERP/MRP systems (Epicor, SAP, or similar).
Ensure raw materials and finished goods are properly labeled, stored, and staged.
Collaborate with supervisors and operators to support smooth production flow.
Uphold company safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
Previous inventory control or warehouse experience in a
manufacturing environment
strongly .
Comfortable with
hands-on work
on the floor including operating a forklift and/or order picker.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience with Epicor is a strong plus, but ERP/MRP systems familiarity is a must.
Good communication skills and ability to work across departments.
High school diploma required; further education in supply chain or related field is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift.
Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs as needed.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range:
$14 – $19 per hour (based on experience).

Monday – Friday, 8am -4:30pm
