The Manager, Operations – Last Mile Delivery Strategy is an essential role supporting the future of Walmart’s delivery innovation. As part of the Last Mile Delivery organization, you will be a champion for operational excellence, partnering closely with leadership to help define, communicate, and execute our strategic initiatives. What you'll do...
As a member of Walmart’s Last Mile Delivery Strategy team, you will play a critical role in enabling smooth and effective operations across the organization. You’ll work side-by-side with leaders and cross-functional partners to translate data and strategy into actionable plans and compelling executive presentations. Your day-to-day will include managing updates and communications for key initiatives, coordinating events, and collaborating with cross functional and executive stakeholders. You’ll help drive organizational alignment, keep teams informed, and ensure our priorities are executed seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Communication:
Craft clear, compelling presentations and reports for executive forums, distilling complex information into actionable insights.
Collaboration:
Work closely with peers and leaders to accomplish shared goals, driving projects forward in partnership with cross-functional teams.
Influence & Alignment:
Influence stakeholders across the organization to foster alignment and accountability, even when you do not have direct authority.
Project Management:
Take ownership of new or ambiguous initiatives, independently driving progress while managing competing priorities.
Communication:
Effectively share updates, risk assessments, and strategy across the Last Mile team, ensuring clarity and transparency.
Adaptability:
Demonstrate flexibility and a proactive approach in a fast-changing environment, adapting to new challenges and opportunities as they arise.
Event Coordination:
Support the planning and development of materials for major team events (such as Offsites, Year Beginning Meetings, Holiday events, and Shareholders Meetings).

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
2+ years of experience in strategy, operations, engineering, consulting, or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects in a complex, fast-paced environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience translating complex topics for executive audiences.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Comfortable working in an environment that requires adaptability, proactive problem-solving, and strong interpersonal skills.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
