What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls, chats, and emails with efficiency and accuracy
- Follow Call Center procedures while meeting or exceeding productivity and quality metrics
- Identify caller needs, clarify information, and provide solutions or resolutions
- Support the verifications line of business with various tasks as identified by management
- Escalate priority issues to management while maintaining professionalism with callers
What is Required (Qualifications)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a Call Center role
- Flexibility to work a part-time schedule between 7 am-7 pm
- Proven track record of handling high-volume calls daily
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook; Zendesk experience is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Customer service chat experience
- Ability to think creatively to solve problems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Experience working independently with little supervision
