Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist II at Silver Spring, MD! This is a 4 months contract role (with possible extension) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.

Role: Phlebotomist II

Location: Silver Spring, MD 20904

Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday, 3rd Shift | 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (EST)

Hours per Week: 40 hours

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Highlights: $19-21.90/hour (Based on years of experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily specimen collection and processing duties accurately and on time.
• Provide safe, professional, and high-quality phlebotomy services (venipuncture, pediatric, geriatric, and capillary).
• Verify patient demographics and ensure accurate labeling of specimens in the presence of the patient.
• Maintain proper documentation, records, and confidentiality of patient information.
• Create a positive patient experience by promoting trust, professionalism, and organizational commitment.
• Travel as needed to cover multiple Patient Service Centers or in-office locations.
• Adhere to safety protocols, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience: Minimum 3 years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.

Note: Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible.

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
