Role: Phlebotomist II
Location: Oconomowoc, WI 53066
Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday, 4:30 AM – 1:00 PM + Rotating Weekends, and Holidays
Hours per Week: 40 hours
Start Date: ASAP]
Pay Highlights: $25/hour]
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily phlebotomy and specimen processing activities accurately and on schedule.
- Maintain a safe, professional, and patient-focused environment.
- Confidently perform forensic and clinical specimen collection following established practices.
- Verify patient demographics and obtain patient signatures post-venipuncture to confirm specimen labeling accuracy.
- Maintain all required records, logs, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Promote a positive organizational image through superior customer service and professionalism.
- Travel as required to cover multiple Patient Service Centers or In-Office Phlebotomy locations with minimal notice.]
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience: 3+ years phlebotomy experience (including pediatric, geriatric & capillary)\
Note: Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible.\
