Overview

Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist II at Oconomowoc, WI. This is a 3 months contract role (with possible extension) offering an opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic environment.

Location: Oconomowoc, WI 53066

Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday, 4:30 AM – 1:00 PM + Rotating Weekends and Holidays

Hours per Week: 40 hours

Start Date: ASAP

Base pay range: $24.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Pay Highlights: $25/hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily phlebotomy and specimen processing activities accurately and on schedule.
  • Maintain a safe, professional, and patient-focused environment.
  • Confidently perform forensic and clinical specimen collection following established practices.
  • Verify patient demographics and obtain patient signatures post-venipuncture to confirm specimen labeling accuracy.
  • Maintain all required records, logs, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Promote a positive organizational image through superior customer service and professionalism.
  • Travel as required to cover multiple Patient Service Centers or In-Office Phlebotomy locations with minimal notice.

Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: 3+ years phlebotomy experience (including pediatric, geriatric & capillary).
  • Note: Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible.

Note: Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
