Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts, including technology and software licensing agreements, vendor and consulting agreements, telecommunications and lease agreements, and data licensing agreements. Provide pragmatic legal advice that balances risk with business objectives. Manage contract lifecycles, including renewals, renegotiations, and terminations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support global infrastructure and expansion initiatives. Contribute to the development of contract templates, playbooks, and internal policies. Perform other duties as needed to support the legal function. Qualifications and Experience
J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to a U.S. state bar in good standing. Minimum 5 years of legal experience with a strong focus on commercial contracts. Experience with IT/software agreements, telecommunications, tower leases, and/or data licensing. Proven ability to negotiate complex agreements and communicate effectively across technical and business teams. Prior in-house experience in financial services, fintech, telecommunications, or technology sectors is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Business-minded with a practical, solutions-oriented approach to legal issues. Seniority level
