Clinical Specialists are required to be within their assigned territory each day to be available as unscheduled needs arise. CS’s are required to work a number of weekends and holidays during the quarter, as determined by local management.

High School Diploma PLUS a minimum 6 years of work experience in healthcare, field sales or work experience utilizing complex mathematics, mechanical concepts, science or computing -OR- Associate’s Degree PLUS a minimum 4 years of work experience in healthcare, field sales or work experience utilizing complex mathematics, mechanical concepts, science or computing -OR- Bachelor’s Degree PLUS a minimum 2 years of work experience in healthcare, field sales, or work experience utilizing complex mathematics, mechanical concepts, science or computing **NICE TO HAVE - DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:**Thorough working knowledge of medical terminology and the medical device industryProven ability to build/maintain positive relationships with peers and colleagues across organization levelsAbility to meet vendor credentialing requirements Excellent customer service skills Excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communication skills Ability to coordinate/participate in numerous tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment in an organized manner while meeting deadlines**PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:** The physical demands described within the Responsibilities section of this job description are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
