What to Expect
Provide technical support for CRM medical device systems, including checks and troubleshooting
Assist with operational tasks such as patient registration and inventory management
Educate and train healthcare personnel on CRM products and solutions
Support sales objectives by collaborating with sales representatives and understanding customer needs
Stay updated on new products and complete assigned training in a timely manner
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma plus a minimum of 6 years of work experience in healthcare or field sales, or an Associate’s Degree plus 4 years of experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree plus 2 years of experience
Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
Ability to travel approximately 80% of the time within the assigned territory
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience utilizing complex mathematics, mechanical concepts, science, or computing
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Thorough knowledge of medical terminology and the medical device industry
Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues
Proficiency in Microsoft tools and applications, such as Salesforce.com
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
