Business Systems Analyst – HRSD ServiceNow
Location: Santa Clara, CA (80% Onsite / 20% Remote)
Contract Duration: 6 months Contract role
Key Responsibilities
Act as the ServiceNow subject matter expert (HRSD focus) to advance and elevate the current roadmap.
Partner with leadership to stand up a shared services model under HR while ensuring expansion across Legal, Finance, and other G&A functions.
Bridge IT and business requirements, ensuring delivery within tight timelines.
Provide executive-level summaries and roadmaps, including past progress, current initiatives, and forward-looking strategies.
Work with a small engineering team (4 developers) to align program management, product ownership, and development efforts.
Key Qualifications
7–10+ years’ experience in Business Systems Analysis or similar roles.
Expert-level ServiceNow knowledge (HRSD required; experience with technical + administrative side).
Strong background with advanced analytics, SQL queries, and AI-based knowledge management.
Proficiency in data visualization tools: Tableau, Power BI.
Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for executive-ready reporting & presentations.
Familiarity with Snowflake preferred.
Consulting background (Big 4 or equivalent) strongly preferred; disciplined, structured, and process-driven mindset.
Experience in basic ServiceNow configuration, reporting, and dashboards.
Strong ability to lead with data and validate business decisions with evidence.
Deep understanding of HR operations and organizational structures; some background in tech industry HR environments is a plus.
Self-motivated, empowered to drive solutions, and comfortable working with minimal oversight.
