What you’ll do
Own and optimize our global HR tech stack and integrations. Lead all HR operations — from onboarding to exits — with a focus on efficiency and compliance. Partner across HR, IT, and Finance to streamline workflows and improve service. Build dashboards and insights that help leaders make smart talent decisions. Lead and grow a high-performing global HRIS & Ops team. What we’re looking for
10+ years in HR, with 5+ years leading HRIS and Ops at scale. Expertise in major HCM systems (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, UKG, etc.). Proven track record driving process improvement and system optimization. Skilled at turning data into actionable insights. Strong communicator and change leader who thrives in a global setting.
