What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Collaborate with product, design, and technology leaders to translate roadmaps into an organized backlog of work
Facilitate agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives
Own and maintain the sprint backlog to balance sprint goals with incoming bugs and urgent items
Conduct acceptance testing and provide early feedback to development teams
Analyze market trends and feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and development
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree or comparable qualifications in Computer Science, Business, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in a product owner, customer support, project management, or related function
Experience with software development lifecycle using agile methodologies
Familiarity with common project management and knowledge management tools like JIRA and Confluence
Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience facilitating cross-functional groups to foster healthy debate and achieve productive conversations
Ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
Proactive nature in seeking accountability to drive outcomes with innovative visualization of successes and failures
