What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Partner with the Product Owner to translate roadmap priorities into engineering plans

Facilitate backlog refinement and lead Agile ceremonies to drive sprint execution

Schedule and run project meetings, capturing notes, decisions, and action items

Maintain disciplined project tracking in Jira and provide program visibility through dashboards and status reports

Anticipate rollout challenges and manage all program documentation for transparency and continuity

What is Required (Qualifications)

5–7 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Program Manager, or Scrum Master in a technology-driven environment

Hands-on experience with Salesforce systems (SFDC RCA, PPL, and CPQ) required

Strong Agile/SAFe program management skills, including backlog management and sprint execution

Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and program dashboards for disciplined execution

Excellent communication skills, able to adjust messaging for different stakeholders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Proven ability to anticipate risks and manage dependencies across Sales/Finance functions

Skilled at meeting facilitation and organized record-keeping
