The expected base salary for this role is between $80,000 - $100,000 per year. Position: Senior Manager, Media Planner. Reports to the Media Strategy Director and provides digital media recommendations to clients both internal and external, and prepares and implements media plans and other deliverables. Identify strategies across multiple digital channels (display, search, social, and video). Use attribution, media mix modeling and planning tools (Google Attribution 360, Nielsen, Neustar) to pull audience consumption, reports and forecast target goals. Develop digitally neutral media plans, flighting recommendations and forecast attributable performance across all channels and campaigns. Plan development: compile plan specifics, assign budgets, run reach and frequency reports, and finalize all client-facing documents. Manage client budgets, investments, and purchase authorization process. Work with wider planning and analytics team to produce insightful campaign reports with optimization recommendations while media is live. Collaborate with teams (Paid Search, Display, Analytics) to manage processes. Demonstrate understanding of campaign performance measurement and how to improve indicators based on client goals through testing and ongoing optimization. Monitor digital landscape and identify trends/partners for upcoming campaigns. Qualifications
Experience on advanced or large-scale media campaigns within an agency or client environment. Understanding of attribution or quantitative skills. Experience with interactive research tools (e.g., ComScore, Pathmatics). Digital media experience and awareness of how digital fits into the marketing plan. Understanding of media concepts, terms, creative and budget requirements. Experience with Google Workspace, PowerPoint, Word, and advanced Excel skills. 5+ years of experience creating detailed demos tailored to customers' pain points. Project management, research, and client-facing experience. Additional Information & Benefits
