Holding Hands is currently looking for a full-time Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Program Coordinator who shares our vision of providing high-quality ABA services to new regions and markets in the United States. We are seeking a team player with exceptional leadership and management skills, values diversity, collaboration, contract fulfillment, and a solution-driven mindset. The job position is multi-faceted, and the candidate should possess significant attributes to fit the role. Responsibilities

Establish and lead a team of quality clinicians including BCBA, ACS, or other mid-level supervisors, and Behavior Technicians (BTs). Provide clinical and administrative oversight to BCBAs and ACS in the home clinic and assist with urgent clinical matters. Maintain at least 30 billable hours per month to monitor quality assurance (QA). Perform QA of clinical treatment plans, client paperwork, reports, sessions, and billing; conduct observations of supervisory staff and QA checks on direct supervision, parent training, intake assessments, and therapist training and mentorship. Ensure BCBAs and ACS are delivering high-quality clinical assessment and programming and that behavior intervention plans meet a high standard for all clients. Problem solve to ensure the best outcomes for clients, providing support for regression or slow progress. Monitor supervisor contract fulfillment and ensure fulfillment requirements are met. Collaborate with the Office Manager and Scheduler to align client schedules with recommended treatment across direct treatment, supervision, and parent training. Ensure all parent training is conducted at the best levels of care and that clients receive appropriate recommendations and hours. Act as liaison among BCBAs, ACS, BTs, clients and families, HR, Billing, Credentialing, Admissions, and Training Departments to ensure ethical billing policies and guidelines are followed. Conduct monthly supervisor performance reviews and feedback on billable and non-billable hours. Provide supervision hours for BCBA candidates as appropriate. Conduct quarterly and yearly supervisor evaluations; help manage a balanced case assignment for all BCBAs and ACS on the team. Collaborate with Admissions and Regional Director regarding prospect pipeline. Help new clients start services promptly and effectively manage the clinic’s ABA waitlist. Stay current with ABA research; conduct at least one CEU per year for the whole ABA team and participate in regular training and case study review calls with the Clinical Department. Assist recruiting with interviews for new staff and collaborate on new hiring needs. Assist with implementing goals, objectives, policies, and procedures for the clinic and oversee compliance with legal policies and standards. Support client terminations for the assigned clinic. Provide ongoing support, mentorship, and performance evaluations for direct reports. Assist Office Manager/Scheduler and Regional Director with employee relations as needed. Assist in high-level parent training and supervision when appropriate. Assist with onboarding and training of new BCBAs and ACS. Qualifications

BCBA certificate required with at least 3 years of field experience; 2 years of management experience preferred. Strong leadership and management skills; ability to exercise sound judgment. Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written). Solution-focused problem-solving abilities; knowledge of clinical field policies and procedures. Ability to delegate tasks and manage multiple responsibilities; compassionate with diverse populations. Strong organizational and prioritization skills. Completion of 8-hour supervision CEU.
