Job Description Office Location:

Fort Worth, Texas, United States

Scope/Contacts:

Development of new business and retention of current accounts. Consequence of errors - litigation, loss of income to customer and Company, loss of accounts, loss of confidence and reputation, criticism by examiners and /or auditors are extremely important. Internal contacts include clients, Officers, Bank Board members, and employees. Outside contacts include attorneys, accountants, other centers of influence, and prospects.

Essential Functions

Managing existing book of business, developing new business, and being active within the organization and in the community.

Actively participate in the Customer Service First program, support the values of the organization, and follow established policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required.

At least four years of trust management, investment management, registered investment advisor or law experience is preferred.

Salesmanship, knowledge, confidence, human relation skills and communication techniques are requisite.

Position demands accuracy, attention to detail, self-motivation, dedication, and imagination.

Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills are essential to this position.
