This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule after a successful on-site onboarding period. The hybrid schedule includes a bank of 60 days/year to be used as remote days on Tuesdays or Thursdays only. The salary range for this role is $56,000-$60,000 commensurate with experience. Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations, the Project Manager collaborates to ensure the operational success of marketing deliverables, vendor partnerships, and project workflows. You will: Work with department leadership, marketing colleagues, and key stakeholders to execute marketing plans, monitor project deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met. Manage medium to large projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Produce deliverables such as videos, websites, emails, direct mail, digital advertisements, social media, event support, and other marketing products. Be a key member of the Marketing and Communications team, understanding strategies and ensuring projects are executed efficiently. Participate in vendor/contract decisions and project requirement specifications to ensure key deliverables. Handle administrative backend of the project management system by creating intake templates, assigning work portfolios, and managing intake queues. Use online project management tools to track and report on project metrics and address issues to minimize delays. Build strong relationships with IUF and IUAA internal partners and external stakeholders to drive day-to-day project execution. Education/Experience Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, public relations, journalism, or related discipline required. A combination of education and years of experience may be considered. Minimum of 2-5 years’ related work experience in project management or program management. Advanced degree in a related field is a plus. Experience working with a creative and/or content team. Experience with web content management systems. Experience with products such as Salesforce or other marketing cloud technologies. Experience with project management software (e.g., Workfront, Basecamp, Trello). Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Multi-channel marketing best practices Understanding of project management best practices Creative production processes Vendor and production management Budget management experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong collaboration and relationship management skills Demonstrated time-management and priority-setting skills Strategic thinking and adaptability Professionalism and ability to work independently as a proactive problem-solver Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Basic knowledge of audience segmentation practices Working knowledge of business analytics Basic understanding of print production and direct mail marketing Familiarity with best practices in web and email development and design Additional Information
