About the Role As the Sr. U.S. Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact digital marketing campaigns that generate Brand visibility, qualified leads, drive conversions, and maximize ROI across US companies with 500–7,500 employees. Reporting into the U.S. Head of Marketing, you will play a key role in shaping our performance marketing strategy, executing it and driving marketing’s contribution to revenue. You thrive at the intersection of analytics and creativity, are passionate about consistently optimizing ROI of campaigns, and bring a deep understanding of paid media, conversion optimization, and the B2B buyer journey. You will work closely with the US Head of Marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns that are targeted, scalable, and continuously optimized. You love the latest features and methodologies that platforms and media offer, and have the creativity to make good use of them. You are part of a global tribe of Performance Marketing professionals in the U.S., U.K., and The Netherlands operating as a team to achieve best results in all markets Brightmine serves.
Responsibilities
Performance Strategy & Planning Input to the US GTM strategy & plan; define how we scale performance marketing in the 500–7,500 employee space Develop and execute paid media strategies across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and programmatic platforms Define campaign objectives, KPIs, and success metrics to drive measurable pipeline impact Segment and prioritize audiences using ICP, intent data, and behavioral signals Align performance campaigns with Product, Content, and Sales plays in close collaboration with stakeholders Campaign Execution & Optimization Lead and execute the end-to-end execution of digital campaigns across paid search, paid social, display and retargeting; fully create and manage campaigns across multiple platforms Partner with internal teams (content, brand/design) to develop high-performing, persona-driven ad creatives and landing pages using tooling Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and performance using marketing automation, analytics, and CRM tools Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to improve messaging, targeting, and channel mix Continuously optimize campaigns for engagement, conversion, and ROI Analytics & Reporting Monitor campaign performance and deliver regular reporting and insights to stakeholders Use data to inform strategy, forecast spend, and identify growth opportunities Collaborate with analytics and sales teams to ensure lead quality and attribution accuracy Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with the wider Campaign team, Brand, Product Marketing, Sales, Analytics and our international Growth Hacking team to ensure campaign alignment and performance Support the US Head of Marketing in delivering on pipeline and revenue contribution targets Collaborate with global marketing teams to share best practices and ensure brand consistency Market & Audience Insights Stay current on HR compliance, total rewards, and workforce trends to inform campaign messaging and targeting Leverage audience insights and competitive intelligence to refine performance strategies Requirements
5+ years of B2B performance marketing experience, with a strong focus on paid media and conversion optimization Proven success in building and scaling digital campaigns that drive measurable results Experience with platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Manager, and programmatic DSPs Proficiency in leveraging 1st and 3rd party data to optimize ROI Familiarity with attribution models, lead scoring, and funnel metrics Experience in the HR technology, HR solutions space and/or the Reward data space is a strong plus Strong analytical mindset and commercial acumen Excellent project management and organizational skills Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities Creative thinker with a proactive, results-oriented approach Passion for digital innovation and marketing technology Constant curiosity about new MarTech, data solutions, and experimentation frameworks High-quality campaign content creation and curation through (AI) tooling Additional skills and experience in areas such as SEO, Database marketing, Native/Content Marketing, Growth Hacking, CDP, full campaign planning and creation are a big plus We know that your wellbeing and happiness are key to a long and successful career.
