Position Overview The Digital Marketing & Data Specialist plays a crucial role in aligning innovative marketing strategies to technology solutions, along with analyzing marketing performance, tracking key metrics, and providing actionable insights. This role requires a data-driven mindset, advanced analytical skills, technical competency, and proven success in working cross-functionally to optimize marketing efforts. Responsibilities

Analyze marketing performance across digital channels (e.g., paid media, organic search, email, social media). Develop and maintain dashboards in Sigma, Excel, Looker Studio, and other reporting tools, leveraging Snowflake data and raw native system exports where necessary. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to improve marketing campaigns and tool adoption. Build, experiment, innovate, and scale new and existing campaigns. Analyze user engagement and adoption of marketing tools such as CRM, Social Media, Video, AI, and Performance Marketing tools. Support data flow monitoring between proprietary tools, LOS, POS, AI, Video, and CRM. Assist with marketing attribution modeling to measure the impact of various marketing efforts. Track lead generation sources, conversions, and ROI across the MarTech stack. Work with the digital marketing team to analyze audience behavior and refine segmentation strategies. Evaluate the effectiveness of email campaigns, retargeting, builder tracking, AI, and CRM workflows. Work closely with the senior leadership to support strategic initiatives. Provide data-backed recommendations to enhance loan officer marketing adoption and engagement. Assist in A/B testing efforts to optimize marketing messaging and creative performance. Assist with website updates and optimization. Assist with Google business profiles and local search optimization. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or equivalent work experience. 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, digital marketing, or data analysis. Experience with Sigma, Google Looker Studio, Google Analytics, and CRMs. Experience with communicating complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. Mortgage or financial services industry experience, preferred. Familiarity with marketing automation, social media analytics, and CRM platforms. Advanced problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to optimize marketing performance. Proficient in Excel, SQL, and Snowflake for data extraction and analysis.
