Call-only anesthesiology role in Northwest CT (Litchfield County) $550k base + $75k sign-on ($37.5k at 30 days and $37.5k at 1 year) Approximately 36 in-house calls and 36 home calls/year with CRNA support All general B&B procedures - no high-risk neonates 6 weeks of PTO plus 2 weeks of CME, full health and retirement benefits 501(c)(3) eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness $10K relo if moving from out of state BC/BE only, no visas (H-1B/J-1 not available) Our services are free for you We help negotiate your salary and contract We coordinate interviews and help with licenses Specialized recruiters match your career preferences Experienced support teams take care of every detail Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
