What you’ll do:

The Director of ERP Supply Chain Systems is accountable for the architecture, integration, and stability of our Oracle Cloud Fusion SCM, Warehouse Management (WMS), and Transportation Management (OTM) platforms. This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence and scalability across logistics, fulfillment, and procurement systems. The Director will lead a matrixed team of solution architects, analysts, and implementation partners, and will be responsible for a systems budget aligned to a $50B growth strategy. Key stakeholders include the Chief Supply Chain Officer, Chief Procurement Officer, Warehouse, Transportation, and Sourcing leaders. A primary responsibility includes leading the migration from legacy SCM, WMS, and TMS platforms to Oracle Cloud, with a focus on successful execution and adoption post go-live.

Key Responsibilities

Own the full portfolio of Supply Chain systems across the enterprise, ensuring end-to-end visibility, integration, and strategic alignment with operational goals.

Lead system design, configuration, and operations for Oracle Cloud SCM, WMS, and OTM platforms.

Drive end-to-end legacy system conversion and data migration strategies to Oracle Cloud.

Lead all phases of go-live planning and cutover execution for the Oracle SCM platform.

Collaborate with Supply Chain leadership to align system functionality with business goals and growth plans.

Oversee third-party logistics systems integration and EDI/API data pipelines.

Own platform security, data integrity, and tenant-level configuration settings.

Direct the design and implementation of scalable workflows, automation, and reporting solutions.

Troubleshoot system issues and manage platform upgrades, patches, and testing cycles.

Support vendor management, contract oversight, and platform SLAs.

What you’ll bring:

10+ years of experience in IT leadership with direct responsibility for supply chain enterprise systems.

7+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion SCM, including Inventory, Procurement, and Order Management.

Proven expertise in Oracle WMS and OTM, including implementation and ongoing support.

Demonstrated success leading conversions from legacy ERP systems to Oracle Cloud, including full go-live execution.

Deep understanding of distribution, fulfillment, and transportation business processes.

Experience with complex multi-site, multi-vendor environments and logistics operations.

Strong technical knowledge of integration strategies, middleware, and data exchange methods.

Excellent leadership and communication skills with a track record of cross-functional collaboration.

Experience supporting M&A activity, including system rationalization, integration of acquired supply chain data and platforms, and supply chain system onboarding of acquired entities.
