Overview

As a General Manager, you oversee all people and operation for your Wendy’s restaurant. You’re responsible for creating and sustaining a fun, inviting work environment and for modeling Wendy’s core values every day. You and your leadership team will work to drive customer service, training and development, sales and profit growth, and accountability across the restaurant team. You run the show and manage the P&L to control costs and achieve profit targets by identifying opportunities in revenue growth, customer service, and process improvement.
