What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and prioritize their goals for product and process enhancements
Lead the Talent Management Product Team in configuring and optimizing enterprise processes
Partner with cross-functional teams to support and enhance current offerings
Monitor Workday releases for new functionalities and fixes; leverage community resources for solutions
Work with the Digital Consulting practice to package Huron solutions into valuable offerings for clients
What is Required (Qualifications)
5+ years of experience working with stakeholders to translate their needs into product deliverables
Proven ability to build relationships and deliver excellent customer service
Experience in leading complex initiatives involving diverse stakeholder groups
Knowledge of best practices related to Talent Management processes and solutions
Ability to translate stakeholder requirements to technical teams for successful outcomes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Workday configuration experience is a plus
Workday training and/or certifications in Talent Management
Familiarity with Talent Management processes in the Professional Services Industry
Experience with Agile scrum methodology
A proactive approach to learning and adapting to complex systems
