Leadership: Heading the entire Product Management department. The right individual will develop and execute a strong organizational structure to support the current and future business needs and play a supervisory role to key product management leaders such as the Leaders of Payer, Product, and Platform, Leader of Product Analytics, Leader of Product Marketing and Leader of Product Operations. Director of Product Marketing. The VP of Product will ensure that these key roles are being executed in the most efficient way possible, leading to the overall efficiency of the Product Management department. Vision and Strategy: This position will spearhead the products’ strategy formation as well as execution, and will create and manage a process that drives toward a scalable product portfolio that will drive the business’s product profitability. They will ensure continuous improvement in the products as well as the products’ compliance to market needs wrapped in a product experience that consistently delights the consumers. Marketing: The VP of Product will play a lead role in marketing the products and act as the lead evangelist, leveraging the input of the Product Marketing and Communications departments. They coordinate the functions of product design, product maintenance, and product improvement, ensuring that the products resonate with the consumers and, therefore, boosting the product appeal to the consumers and increasing the consumer base and sales volume. Long-Term Culture: In partnership with the CTO, responsible for the creation of a long-term business culture and Mode of Operation (MO). Establishes methodologies and procedures for conducting research, design conceptualization, prototyping, and product development across the entire product management department. Hone and grow sensibilities and skills across all disciplines of the department, including engagement in interviewing, recruitment, hiring, and mentoring of key product management personnel. Research and Analysis: As head of the product division, responsible for critiquing, refining, and making recommendations on research and analyses conducted by junior product management personnel. Ensure informed decision-making processes on issues such as cost, utility, and timelines for product implementations. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with leaders of Software Development, Client Success, Sales & Marketing and others to align product roadmaps with company priorities, set clear and measurable objectives, and deploy team resources appropriately to achieve business goals. Team Leadership: Lead the product team with a focus on deeply understanding the needs of the business using both quantitative and qualitative data. Hire, mentor, and grow the capabilities of the product management team, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, collaboration, and results orientation. Market and Competitive Insight: Understand the competitive landscape for the company and trends in homecare and the payer landscape; use these insights to shape product strategy. Facilitate customer requirement-gathering sessions to ensure market fit. Delivery and Planning: Articulate, present, and deliver against company goals. Identify roadblocks and present solutions. Prioritize roadmaps and resources with direct alignment to corporate and revenue goals. Oversee feature prioritization for the team. Focus on execution of multiple parallel work streams in a fast-paced agile environment, aligning them with business priorities and deadlines. Product Expertise: Be a subject matter expert on the suite of web-based enterprise solutions. Assist in shaping system strategy, defining technical requirements, and determining sprint priorities. Provide technical solutions without losing sight of the broader customer requirements. Experience & Skills

Required Experience and Qualifications : 10+ years of Product Management experience in a SaaS environment 5+ years building and leading Product Management teams Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field Experience effectively presenting to executive staff, key stakeholders, and large teams Experience in working with and coordinating large-scale projects across teams Experience with research analysis, fluency with quantitative and qualitative data Ability to learn complex systems quickly, with a proactive approach to communicating this knowledge to customers and other team members Excellent written and verbal communication Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Passion for quality and commitment to creating engaging, intuitive experiences Ability to deconstruct industry and competitor trends to inform roadmaps Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies Preferred Experience and Qualifications

Experience in the Healthcare industry is preferred Compensation : $200k-$250k, Health insurance, 401K, maternity leave, vacation, paid holidays
