Digital Content Manager - Temporary Role (Manchester, CT)
At Bob’s Discount Furniture, the Digital Content Manager (Temporary) owns and optimizes the digital asset management (DAM) system, streamlining workflows and ensuring efficient content delivery across platforms. This role blends technical expertise, project management, and creative collaboration to drive efficiency, structure, and scalability within our content ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Manage and optimize DAM processes, including organization, tagging, archiving, rights management, and user onboarding/training (Cloudinary experience preferred).
Analyze and streamline creative workflows using low-code tools (Zapier, Power Automate, Airtable Automations) and light scripting (Python) to increase efficiency.
Develop and manage scalable metadata standards, taxonomy models, and folder structures to ensure intuitive content access.
Collaborate with design teams and support asset formatting using Adobe Creative Suite.
Integrate DAM with marketing tools and analytics dashboards via REST APIs and connectors.
Support creative timelines and asset flow using project management platforms (Asana, Trello, Monday.com) to improve cross-team visibility.
Ensure compliance with content rights, licensing, and accessibility requirements (including ADA).
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in digital asset management, creative operations, or marketing project coordination.
Demonstrated technical skills in low-code platforms, workflow automation, and light scripting.
Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration in creative or marketing environments.
Preferred Competencies & Skills
Strong communication and training skills to onboard and enable diverse stakeholders.
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven with ability to scale complex systems.
Interest or background in library sciences, content taxonomy, or metadata systems.
Experience in retail or e-commerce creative teams.

Compensation Expected base pay not including potential commissions or bonuses: $45.00+ per hour.
