Our Growth Marketing Manager (Adobe) will leverage expertise in Adobe Experience Platform applications (AEP, CDP, AJO, CJA) and Adobe Campaign to lead complex business/technical integrations and impact clients’ products through data-driven decisions. You’ll help clients successfully adopt and leverage Adobe technologies as we launch their digital marketing campaigns. Location & Flexibility

This role offers a Hybrid option (Work From Near) based out of Charlottesville, VA; Durham, NC; Columbus, OH; or Boston, MA; or a Remote option within the U.S. Responsibilities

Lead complex strategy and execution projects across client apps and tools in the MarTech landscape, including Braze, Marketo, Segment, mParticle, Branch, Appsflyer, Amplitude, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Punchh. Require working experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), or Adobe Campaign. Drive ongoing client success and satisfaction by determining engagement scope and communicating with stakeholders. Coach project teams and mentor the Growth team to ensure client success with emphasis on Adobe Experience Platform applications. Lead discovery engagements to understand client goals and determine optimal marketing tech stacks, focusing on Adobe Experience Platform. Train clients on their marketing technology stack, including Adobe tools, and advise on best practices for optimization and scaling. Lead ongoing marketing service engagements with clients, including push and email campaigns, outcomes-based analytics, and data reporting to demonstrate ROI. Provide feedback to internal teams on creative assets and content development. Resolve inquiries related to Adobe Experience Platform applications, from basic education to technical operations. Develop and launch multi-channel marketing strategies to improve engagement, conversion, and retention, leveraging Adobe Experience Platform applications. Collaborate with technology vendors to develop customized marketing solutions for clients, focusing on Adobe technologies. Analyze marketing performance by audience segment and optimize the customer experience using Adobe Experience Platform insights. Travel to client offices as needed. Qualifications

3+ years in a client-facing marketing strategy role with extensive experience in Adobe Experience Platform applications (AEP, CDP, AJO, CJA). Proficiency deploying campaigns in customer engagement platforms. Experience leading multi-phase projects with diverse stakeholders, particularly involving Adobe Experience Platform. Experience leading diverse, cross-functional teams and coaching team members. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in HTML/CSS for emails, landing pages, content cards, and in-app messages. Experience planning and deploying integrated digital marketing campaigns to drive acquisition, retention, or customer lifetime value using Adobe Experience Platform. Extensive knowledge of data-driven marketing practices: audience segmentation, personalization, retargeting, exclusions, etc., with focus on Adobe Experience Platform. Ability to present complex ideas to clients and team members clearly and energetically. Empathy for client needs and ability to find solutions related to Adobe Experience Platform.
