Creates, designs, and implements real-time particle effects for gameplay, environment, and cinematics Optimizes FX for framerate and memory while collaborating with development departments Orchestrates FX events to enhance the overall art style and believability of scenes Qualifications
Intermediate ability to navigate and use DCC software such as Maya or Houdini Experience in creating FX textures and shaders with node-based shader networks Intermediate foundation in computer graphics fundamentals and artistic analysis Proficient in Photoshop for painting and editing textures Solid traditional arts background is a plus
